Cancellation Policy

At Naseem Tutoring Co. we are committed to providing the best service in an efficient and effective manner. We aim to be accommodating, and we know that high school can be a very busy time for students. Unfortunately, when a student cancels without giving adequate notice, it prevents another student from being served and takes time away from the tutor. This cancellation policy is used as a way of respecting the time commitment of all involved. This policy is used in fairness to both our business and the students who would otherwise have wanted a tutoring session. We are implementing a straightforward cancellation policy to be upfront about all the costs you may incur when engaging our services. The best way to avoid cancellation charges is communicating when scheduling conflicts arise. We will accommodate the policy for emergency situations as they arise.

We understand there are situations that arise in which you must cancel your appointment. Due to limited appointment availability, we request that you cancel with adequate notice. You may cancel by contacting us by texting or calling 479-249-5230.

 We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellation. If the notice given is not provided within the minimum notice period, you will be charged 50% of the session cost. If no notice is given or if notice is given within 6 hours of the session or after 10pm for a morning session (any session start time between 6am-10am), then you will be charged for the session in full.

 For late arrivals, the session can only be extended to the remaining time of the scheduled appointment. If you are 30 minutes late past your appointment time without notifying us, you will be charged in full for the session and can reschedule for another time. No new sessions can be scheduled until all cancellation charges are paid. The cancellation charges are the sole responsibility of the client (adult) and must be paid in full.
